                         Governance: 
The Oil City Weed and Seed Initiative is directed by a team of volunteers called the Assistance for Impact Delegation (AID Team).  There are also 4 standing committees:
 
            Law Enforcement Task Force
            Community Policing Committee
            Neighborhood Restoration Committee
            Prevention Intervention and Treatment (PIT) Committee
Target Area:
The target areas for the Oil City Weed and Seed Initiative include the East End, Siverly, and the Northside Residential Area.
